Our staff has experience in construction, electrical/mechanical design engineering, purchasing, project management, owning and/or managing retail sites and single/multi-family residential units. We have over 20 years combined experience managing community associations.

Vista Management Associates provides a knowledgeable staff that is proficient in accounting, collections, budgeting, desktop publishing, and certified community managers. The principal of the company has successfully completed her Professional Community Association Manager Designation, PCAM, which is the highest professional level in community association management. Managers are Certified(CMCA and AMS) by the Community Associations Institute in Alexandria, VA, and/or supervised by a PCAM. We are proud and confident that our dedication to continued education has been beneficial to our communities.

Vista Management Associates strongly believes their involvement with start-up communities prior to the first contract is imperative. This ensures that the initial budget, contracts, and insurance are in place. Often times the on-site sales staff is dealing with a first time buyer or a buyer that has not lived in a covenant controlled community. Vista Management Associates has always been a comfort to the sales staff; knowing that they can defer homeowner association questions to our office. Managers are skilled at answering questions to promote the positive aspects of a covenant controlled community, thereby, avoiding any misrepresentation of the HOA.
